Safety Protocols at Castle Park Bowling Paradise
When you step onto our lanes, you want to focus on the pins, not worry about germs. That’s why we’ve built a clear set of safety protocols that protect everyone – kids, teens, adults, and seniors alike. Below you’ll see exactly what we do every day, so you can relax, have fun, and bowl with confidence.
Cleaning and Sanitizing
Our cleaning crew arrives before opening and does a full sweep of the facility. Every lane surface, ball return, and scoreboard is wiped down with an EPA‑approved disinfectant. After each game, we give the lane a quick spray and wipe to erase any sweat or oil that could carry germs.
Bowling balls get extra love. Each ball is placed in a UV‑light sanitizer cabinet for five minutes between uses. If you bring your own ball, we have a sanitizing station right at the entrance – just pop it in, let it spin, and grab it back clean.
Restrooms and hand‑wash stations are checked every hour. Hand sanitizer bottles sit at the front desk, near the snack bar, and by every lane. We keep paper towels stocked so you can dry your hands without touching anything else.
Social Distancing & Guest Policies
We’ve re‑arranged seating so you can keep a comfortable distance from other bowlers. Seats are marked with floor stickers and we ask groups to stay in their own lane area. If the centre lane is busy, we’ll suggest a less crowded lane to keep traffic flowing smoothly.
Mask rules follow the latest local guidelines. Right now we ask everyone to wear a mask when moving around the lounge or waiting area. While you’re actually bowling, you can remove it if you feel comfortable – just keep your distance.
Birthday parties, corporate events, and school groups can still happen, but we limit party size to 12 guests at a time. Larger groups are split into two sessions to avoid overcrowding. Our staff will walk you through the check‑in process, and we’ll confirm the number of players before you start.
All staff members wear gloves and mask, and they receive regular health checks. If anyone feels unwell, they stay home and we have a backup crew ready.
We also offer a quick online health questionnaire before you book a lane. It helps us spot any symptoms early and keep the lane safe for everyone.
In short, our safety protocols are simple, visible, and consistent. We clean, we distance, we communicate, and we keep an eye on any changes in health advice. If you have any extra concerns, just ask a team member – we’re happy to explain what we’re doing and why.
Enjoy your game knowing we’ve taken care of the details. With these steps in place, you can focus on getting that perfect strike without a second thought about safety.
